My Heart Belongs to You July 22, 2013
My eyes have never laid upon such a beauty
Whose grace bequeaths Heavenly bliss,
Who casts light upon my life's shadows,
Who is the beacon to each new day.
We seek the other person to fill the void
Left by Divine Providence for both to mend.
Never let live, nor let die;
We cannot be as whole until we are as one.
I love you my dear, darling lady,
O' sweet nectar to my soul,
The key to my heart's contentment.
I never thought I would love one
As I now love you this day.
The light at the end of the tunnel
Could never shine on so sweetly
As it would if only you lit the candle
To guide my spirit home to you.
So there it is, dear, darling lady,
My heart belongs to you,
Forever, each and everyday,
Unto Eternity, into the Heavenly sky.
I never thought I'd see the light
Until the day came by and we were alive,
Never let live, nor let die,
Without the one by the other's side.
When I lie dying in state,
I will only hold thoughts of you;
Of when you will join me;
Your happiness and that golden smile.
I will hearken back to a time
Where our lives took flight
In holy harmony:
Two souls conjoined at the heart.
Two lives touching at the seams,
A dance at night on golden beams.
We stand as one, never more, never fear,
Our souls shall never die so long as we hold dear.
Our lives so grand, its lone poison hate,
Never shall we take the other to blame
When the soul is in line with The Lord's wishes,
We shall only die on His own time.
