I'll Ask You the Questions

I'll Ask You the Questions

I'll ask you all the questions.
I'll leave this up to you.
Where's the rocket's red glare,
And the bombs bursting in air?
You always seem to have the answers;
You always seem to have a backup plan,
And for all that it is really worth,
You don't really know much or give a damn.

O' fearless leader, where's your savvy?
Where's your bright glow and where's your moxie?
Where's the fearless Captain Braggadocio?
Why's it so apparent you're drowning in shame?
You used to claim the strength of a bull, Cheerio,
But you really said this for your claim to fame.
Don't you dare point the finger at me,
For I'm not the one, you see.
I'll ask you all the questions;
I'll play your stupid lil' game.
And I know that I will never get anywhere with you,
You lying dame.
